Abstract

The outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in Hong Kong in 2003 caused massive disruptions in many sectors of the society. Many creative solutions were devised with the aim of continuing the teaching and learning process in educational areas. Among them, the initiative of VITLE classes was probably the only one involving the direct participation of an academic library. This article is to report such involvement of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) Library.
