N2 - Since the beginning of the 21st century, the mobile Internet has affected all aspects of our lives and has gradually become an indispensable tool for people to travel and work. From basic entertainment and communications to commercial transactions, online finance, and to public services such as education, medical care, as well as transportation. The mobile Internet is quietly changing the daily lives of Internet users and gradually affecting people's thinking patterns. At present, at the level of basic education, we have adopted a new way of teaching-micro-classes by using Internet technology. According to the current status of micro-class teaching practice in higher vocational colleges, the question that how to solve a series of problems encountered in micro-class physical education in higher vocational colleges requires us to think and answer. Therefore, this article focuses on the higher vocational physical education, in conjunction with mobile Internet technology, and conducts related research on the production of micro-classes. This article first consulted the relevant Internet materials, made a corresponding understanding of the mobile Internet and micro-classes, and then carried out a practice of sports micro-classes based on the literature data using questionnaire surveys and experimental methods. Through a series of research, investigation and analysis, it is found that students prefer micro-class teaching. At the same time, most of the students’ learning fruits in sport micro-class are 20% higher than those achieved under the traditional teaching method.
