Abstract

文章首先简要讲述作者在中国内地从事英语教育和教师教育20年的经历,在此基础上探讨教师专业发展相互关联的三个问题:教师身份认同、教师能动性和教师自主性。教师自主性的发展有赖于教师身份认同和教师能动性的增强,教师自主性的发展反过来也会增强教师身份认同和教师能动性。自主性不能等同于专业自由,而是一个复杂的、多维的概念。自主性往往在至少三种重要力量,即个体控制、他人控制和没有控制的相互作用过程中消长。
