Abstract

Four new 11(15→1)-abeotaxoids with an opened oxetane ring system, taxuyunnanines S, T, U and V (1-4) were isolated from the bark of Taxus yunnanensis. Taxuyunnanine S (1), is the most hydroxylated abeotaxoid discovered to date from Taxus species. The structures were determined by spectroscopic means including 1D and 2D NMR experiments.
