Abstract

With the aim of designing a new membrane material for the reverse osmosis (RO) separation process, a series of four new poly(amide-sulphonamide)s (PASAs) were synthesized. These polymers exhibit good thermal and chemical stabilities. Preliminary results in RO performance tests revealed that PASAs show potential for use in RO applications.
