Abstract
Three new sesquiterpenoids 1β,6α,8α-triacetoxy-9β-benzoyloxy-β-dihydroagarofuran, 8β-acetoxy-1βp,9β-dibenzoyloxy-6α-hydroxy-β-dihydroagarofuran and 1β-acetoxy-9α-cinnamoyloxy-β-dihydroagarofuran, and one known sesquiterpenoid 9α-acetoxy-1β,6α-dibenzoyloxy-β-dihydroagarofuran were isolated from Celastrus gemmatus and their structures determined by spectroscopic and chemical studies.
