Abstract
We study spatiotemporal dynamics on the autocatalytic network in prebiotic evolution, It is found that a self-organized spatial structure emerges from each cyclic sub-structure. A selection process on the sub-structures demonstrates that the selection occurs at the community level, We also verified that the local spatial organization causes the difference between long-term and short-term fitness behavior.
