Abstract
A blue single-layer organic light-emitting diode (OLED) was fabricated using a common hole transporter, N, N'-diphenyl-N, N'-bis (1-naphthyl) (1,1'-biphenyl)- 4,4'diamine (NPB). By doping the NPB layer with RGB dopants, the luminance and the current efficiency have been improved enormously. The charge transport mechanism will also be examined.
