Noise-free amplification of squeezed light via atomic coherence

We derive general solutions for the two-mode operators after two laser modes interact with a beam of atoms coherently prepared in the lower levels in the Λ scheme. It is shown that under certain conditions, a "noise-free" energy transfer can take place from a strong coherent mode to a weak squeezed-field mode.
