    Abstract

    The Pokfulam Fire Dragon Dance is one of Hong Kong's most iconic intangible cultural heritage. From a historical and anthropological perspective, this report traces the history of Pokfulam Village and the cultural connotations, historical transformation of the century-old dragon dance tradition through fieldwork, oral interview, and reconstruction of historical images. This project is commissioned by the government of the HKSAR.
