N2 - This paper examines the practices of end-user computing
training programs in Hong Kong. A questionnaires survey is employed and sample
are selected from companies that are highly committed in computerization. Our
results show that the tutorials, courses, and lectures are most significant
training methods that are used in Hong Kong. In addition, factors affecting the
provisions of end-user training are budgets, long-term human resource planning,
complexity of works, demands from end-users, and training quality.
