Abstract
本文介绍了Holloway的系统取向的督导模式的主要理念,包括督导关系、任务、功能以及督导中的伦理问题等。笔者认为,SAS模式简易、可操作性,对中国正在起步发展的临床督导理论研究和实践都具有重要的指导意义。同时,实际操作中,应注意其美国社会文化背景与中国实际的不同。
In this paper, the main idea of Holloway’s System Approach Supervision Model, including relationship, task, function, and ethical issue of supervision is introduced. Based on the discussion about SAS, the author believes that SAS model can share some insight for the developing clinical supervision in China, because of its advantage of simply structure and operationality. At the same time, the author presents that, in practice, the different social-cultural contexts between U.S.A. and China should be considered when using the SAS model in China.
