Abstract
Dr. Gyung Jin Shin was invited to participate in the Gangwon International Triennale 2024: Ecological Art from Beneath, directed by Koh Dong-Yeon and organized by three international curators. Fifty-eight artists from twenty-one countries showcased sixty-five works in this large-scale international exhibition. Dr. Gyung Jin Shin presented Gray Hive, a multimedia project that combines a performance video and a sculptural installation initially created in 2013 and re-created in 2024. Her work was showcased in the exhibition space located at the Gate Ball Center & Woljeongsa under the festival's sub-theme, "Her Digital Earth," which focuses on eco-feminism.
