Abstract

The 11th edition of Festive Korea, organized by the Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea, as well as with support of the Government of Hong Kong SAR, is grandly held this October. With the aim of promoting Korean culture and developing meaningful collaboration between Korea and Hong Kong, Festive Korea has attracted millions of audiences since it was first launched in 2011.

In its 11th anniversary, Festive Korea presents the theme of “K-connected” which refers to the connection between Korea and Hong Kong through exchanging arts and culture. Festive Korea will provide the Hong Kong audience with a wealth of cultural experience so that they will feel much closer to Korea.
