F页岩气田分期分段压裂与重复压裂效果对比: 以JY9-2HF井为例

Abstract

长期以来,页岩气开发依赖长水平段水平井水力压裂开发。在F页岩气田开发过程中,为了研究各压裂段的实际开发状况,同时也为后续大规模商业开发提供依据,选择JY9-2HF井进行分期分段压裂与重复压裂开发试验。本研究对该井的开发过程进行了分析与评价:该井的开发过程可以分为三个阶段。第一阶段:1–2段、3–4段、5–6段分期分段压裂开发和1–6段合采;第二阶段:1–6段重复压裂后再次开发;第三阶段:7–19段的压裂与开发。其中,在1–2段和3–4段开发过程中进行了压力恢复试井试验,1–6段合采过程中进行了产气剖面测井和微地震监测。对该井整个开发试验进行分析后,研究认为:分期分段压裂和重复压裂结合能够更为有效的开发各压裂段;压力恢复试井能够有效获取已开发页岩气井储层参数;运用产气剖面测井资料可以分析首次压裂改造程度,与页岩气老井剩余气含量结合可以确定老井是否具有重复压裂潜力。

For a long time, shale gas development depends on hydraulic fracturing. In the development of the F shale gas field, in order to study the actual development of each fracturing stage and to provide the basis for the subsequent large-scale commercial development, Well JY9-2HF was selected for a development test of time-segmented fracturing and refracturing treatments. This study analyzed and evaluated the development process: this well development process can be divided into three phases. The first phase: time-segmented fracturing and development for Stages 1–2, 3–4 and 5–6 and co-development for Stages 1–6; the second phase: Stages 1–6 were developed once more after the refracturing; the third phase: fracturing and development of Stages 7–19. Furthermore, the pressure build-up tests were carried out during the development of Stages 1–2 and 3–4, and the gas production profile logging and microseismic monitoring were performed during the co-development of Stages 1–6. After analyzing the whole development test of the well, it is concluded that the combination of time-segmented fracturing and refracturing treatments can develop each fracturing stage more effectively. The pressure build-up test can obtain the reservoir parameters of the successfully-developed shale gas wells effectively. The use of gas production profile logging can analyze the degree of initial fracturing transformation, and combined with the remaining gas content in old shale gas wells, it can determine whether these old wells have the potential for refracturing.
