Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the benefits and harms of entecavir versus no treatment or placebo for chronic hepatitis B infection in children and adults with chronic hepatitis B infection, who are either HBeAg-positive or HBeAg-negative.
