Abstract

In Distant Fragments, Camilo Mendez presents intimate solos and duos. Mechanical Resonance I: Iridescent Resonance explores cloud luminescence, while Five Fragments addresses variation and polyphony. Cancion de la Distancia reflects on memory and time. Recorded by Roberto Alonso, Linus Fung, William Lane, Angus Lee, and Charles Ng, the album offers subtle, complex musical contemplation.
