Abstract

The performance OLED can be enhanced by judicious design using novel materials. The doping of Cs2CO3 in electron injection material is one of the commonly adopted methods. We investigated its chemical status when it is doped into electron transport materials. We also investigated doped metals as transparent electrode, characterizing their electrical and optical properties.
