Abstract
随着社会的老龄化，如何有效地应对养老及老年护理成为社会亟须解决的问题。现就AI 机器人护理的议题，探讨现代医学科技所引发的一系列生命伦理学的思考，包括有关AI 科技对中国传统“孝道”文化的挑战。从儒家伦理和“关怀伦理”的角度，阐述AI 机器人护理的潜在的优势与局限。最后，就机器人养老，讨论人与机器的互动关系所带来的社会影响及伦理考虑。在此基础上指出，人类与科技的关系一直存在解救与危险的两面性，机器人养老也不例外。护理机器人不仅仅是提供服务的工具，而是改变世界、改变人际关系的重要组成部分。
Aging has a significant impact on society. How to effectively cope with the elderly and elderly care has become an urgent problem. Based on AI robot nursing, this paper explores a series of bioethical issues caused by modern medical technology, including the challenge of AI technology to the traditional Chinese culture of "filial piety", and expounds the potential advantages and limitations of the AI robot nursing from the perspective of Confucian ethics and "the ethics of care" in the West. In addition, the paper addresses the social impact and ethical considerations brought by the interaction between humans and machines implied by robot nursing. Finally, the paper submits that there are always two sides in the relationship between humans and science and technology. The employment of AI robots is no exception. Nursing robots is not only a tool to provide services, but also an important part of changing the world and interpersonal relationships.
