Abstract
The adsorption interactions between different quinone derivatives at electrochemically activated glassy carbon have been studied. Experimental results demonstrated that there were two different types of adsorption sites present at the activated electrode surface. Hydrophobic, dispersive, electrostatic and dipole interactions were involved in the adsorption of various species on the activated electrode surface.
