With an initial item pool of 200 items, the final Service Leadership Knowledge Scale consists of 40 items which demonstrated robust psychometric properties. In this chapter, a brief introduction of the development of the Service Leadership Knowledge Scale as well as its conceptual framework is attempted. The validation process, norm statistics, administration notes, and guidelines for scale score interpretation are also discussed.
