黄鞘蕊花的化学成分

从黄鞘蕊花（Coleus xanthanthus C. Y. Wu et Y. C. Huang）中分得8种成分。其中1个是新的醌式二萜，命名为黄鞘蕊花甲素（1），其结构为 17--methyl（15--16）abieo--16--methoxy--2α--acetoxy--coleon U。7个已知化合物。coleon U（2），sugiol（3），β--谷甾醇，胡萝卜甙，三十三烷醇，三十三烷和二十八烷酸。

Some species of Coleus (Labiatae) are used in Chinese folk medicine for the treat-ment of rheumatic arthritis, injuries from falls, catch cold, cough, tuberculosis, hemoptysis neurasthenia, snake-bite and scabies. Searching for the active principles from this genus, we investigated Coleus xanthanthus C. Y. Wu et Y. C. Huang, an endemic plant to Xishuagnbanna of the Yunnan province. Eight compounds have been isolated from the methanol extracts of this plant by column chromatography on silica gel and preparative thin layer chromatography on silica gel. One of these compounds was identified as new constituent named as xanthanthusin A(l), which belongs to abietane quinone diterpenoid.
