香港特别行政区击剑运动员过度使用性损伤现状及危险因素的横断面研究

    Abstract

    目的
    了解香港特别行政区击剑运动员中过度使用性损伤的现状及相关危险因素,为进一步制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。

    方法
    采用自行编制的调查问卷收集研究对象的信息,内容包括个人信息表、击剑训练习惯和OSTRC (oslo sports trauma research centre) 过度使用性损伤情况,并对调查资料进行统计分析。

    结果
    共有150名击剑运动员 (男79名,女71名) 参与本项研究,在过去的一年里,膝关节过度使用性损伤的发生率为60.67%,肘关节过度使用性损伤发生率为38.67%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,过去一年击剑运动员发生膝关节过度使用性损伤的危险因素为训练频率≥2周/季度、训练年限≥4年和更高的体质指数 (body mass index,BMI)。使用重剑或佩剑、每周训练时间≥4小时是过去一年击剑运动员发生肘关节过度使用性损伤的危险因素。

    结论
    在香港特别行政区击剑运动员中,膝关节和肘关节过度使用性损伤的发生率较高,应根据其发生的危险因素制定并实施针对性的干预研究,开展相应的预防与控制工作。

    Objective: To understand the overuse injuries current status and related risk factors among fencers in Hong Kong Special Rdministrative Region, and to provide a basis for formulating further targeted intervention measures.

    Methods: A unified self- report questionnaire including personal information form, fencing training habit and overuse injuries of OSTRC (oslo sports trauma research center) was developed to collect participants’ information and make statistical analysis of the survey data.

    Results: A total of 150 fencers (79 males and 71 females) participated in the study. In the past year, the incidence of knee overuse injuries was 60.67% , and the incidence of elbow overuse injuries was 38.67% . The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis show that the risk factors for knee overuse injuries of fencers in the past year were training frequency of 2 weeks or more per season, training period of 4 years and above, and higher BMI (body mass index); using epee or sabre and more than 4 hours of training per week are the risk factors for the elbow overuse injuries of fencers in the past year.

    Conclusions: Among Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Fencing Athletes, the incidence of overuse injuries of knee and elbow is relatively high. It is necessary to formulate and implement targeted intervention studies based on the risk factors of occurrence and carry out corresponding prevention and control work.
