Abstract
颅脑损伤（Traumatic Brain Injury, TBI）是一种由创伤暴力引起的脑损伤，会导致神经组织的破坏，引起神经功能障碍。本指南基于国内外颅脑损伤的经典康复方案与临床实践经验，整合多项现行临床管理指南与专家共识，形成了适用于颅脑损伤病情稳定患者的中医康复诊疗方案。本指南系统阐述了颅脑损伤中西医及中医证候的诊断标准，建立了多维度的康复评定体系，提供了对应证型的中药治疗方案和各类功能障碍的中医特色康复疗法，并配套了疗效评价工具，对规范颅脑损伤中医康复、提升康复疗效具有重要的临床指导意义。
