Abstract
雪莲是一种具有广泛药理活性的药用植物,传统医学将其用于治疗风湿性关节炎、感冒咳嗽、痛经以及高原反应。本文将对天山雪莲(Saussurea involucrata, SI)、苞叶雪莲(Saussurea obvallata, SO)、绵头雪兔子(Saussurea laniceps, SL)、水母雪兔子(Saussurea medusa, SM)、星状雪兔子(Saussurea stella, SS)和三指雪兔子(Saussurea tridactyla, ST)的黄酮类、木脂素类、酚醛类、苯丙素类和倍半萜类化合物等多种活性成分进行整理,并对其抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、促进脂质代谢的药理作用及其相关分子机制进行综述,为将来雪莲的中药化学的研究和药理活性的研究提供参考。
