针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫取穴规律研究

目的
歸納和分析糖尿病胃輕癱（DGP）的取穴規律。方法 通過檢索近10年有關針刺治療DGP的中醫臨床研究文獻，運用SPSS等軟件整理文獻中所涉及的腧穴，得出針刺治療DGP取穴規律的結果。

結果
針刺治療DGP的常用穴位是中脘、足三里、內關，常用經絡是足陽明胃經、任脈、足太陽膀胱經、足太陰脾經，常用腧穴部位在腹部、下肢、上肢、背部，常用穴位組合分別是中脘、足三里，內關、足三里，中脘、內關。常用核心穴位有中脘、足三里、內關、三陰交、胃俞、脾俞，聚類處方有5個。

結論
針刺治療DGP的配穴思路分別為循經取穴、重視局部、表里同治、遠近相配、標本配穴。

Objective
To summarize the rules of acupoint selection for treating diabetic gastroparesis. Methods The clinical studies about the acupuncture treatment of diabetic gastroparesis that were published in the past 10 years were reviewed. SPSS was used for statistical analysis of the acupoints mentioned, on the basis of which the rules of acupoint selection were mined.

Results
The commonly used acupoints for acupuncture treatment of diabetic gastroparesis were Zhongwan (CV12), Zusanli (ST36), and Neiguan (PC6). The commonly used meridians were the stomach meridian of foot yang brightness, conception vessel, bladder meridian of foot greater yang, and spleen meridian of foot greater yin. The commonly used acupoint locations included the abdomen, lower limbs, upper limbs, and back. The commonly used acupoint combinations included Zhongwan (CV12)-Zusanli (ST36), Neiguan (PC6)-Zusanli (ST36), and Zhongwan (CV12)-Neiguan (PC6). The commonly used core acupoints included Zhongwan (CV12), Zusanli (ST36), Neiguan (PC6), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Pishu (BL20), and Weishu (BL21). The cluster analysis predicted five prescriptions.

Conclusion
The acupoint selection strategies for acupuncture treatment of diabetic gastroparesis include following the meridians, emphasizing local parts, treating both the exterior and interior, matching distant and nearby acupoints, and selecting acupoints based on both manifestations and root causes.
