運氣方的臨床應用價值探析

目的：概述16首運氣方的現代臨床研究進展，以期為今後的研究提供啟示。方法：2名研究者獨立檢索 中國知網（CNKI）、萬方醫學網、維普網等中文資料庫（建庫至2020年11月15日），並獨立篩選、提取資料。 結果：共納入49個研究，分析發現運氣方的臨床應用十分廣泛，包含內外婦兒各科疾病。但整體研究不均衡， 部分運氣方的研究欠缺；且鮮有隨機對照試驗（RCT）設計，大多臨床觀察亦缺少對照設計；整體報告不規範， 方法學品質較低，影響了運氣方的臨床證據等級及其有效性評價。結論：今後應盡可能開展高品質的運氣方臨 床試驗並規範個案報告、病例系列等報告標準和規範，為運氣方的實踐應用提供更優質的臨床證據。

Objective: To outline the progress of modern clinical research on 16 prescriptions based on the Chinese Medicine theory of Yunqi with a view to providing insights for future studies.
Methods: Two investigators independently searched Chinese databases such as China Knowledge Network (CNKI), WanFang Medical Network, and Weipu.com (up to November 15, 2020), and independently screened and extracted information.
Results: A total of 49 studies were included, and the analysis revealed that the clinical application of the prescriptions based on the Chinese Medicine theory of Yunqi is very extensive, including various diseases of internal and external women and children. However, the overall research of the prescriptions based on the Chinese Medicine theory of Yunqi is uneven, some of them is absent. There are very few RCTs design and lack of controlled group in clinical observations. In addition, the quality of overall reporting and methodology is not optimal, which compromises the clinical evidence and efficacy of the prescriptions based on the Chinese Medicine theory of Yunqi.
Conclusion: In the future, high-quality clinical trials are encouraged to be conducted, and the reporting of case report and case series should be further standardized. It is hoped to provide better clinical evidence for the prescriptions based on the Chinese Medicine theory of Yunqi.
