Abstract
表示"遇见"义,"碰"、"撞"是一对同义词。"撞"和"碰"的语义有着相似发展轨迹。"撞"之此义见于宋代,"碰"出现于清代,二者均由"撞击"义引申而来,且"遇见"的对象都经历了从人扩展到事的过程。北方方言中"碰"对"撞"发生了彻底的替换,南方方言中"碰"对"撞"的替代并不彻底,在多个方言区都出现"撞"、"碰"的混用情况,这表明用词方面,南方用词存古,北方用词趋新。
