Abstract
针对痛风逐渐呈现年轻化态势、严重威胁人们生活质量的情况,围绕痛风食物疗法这一课题,在药食同源认识的基础上,着重从现代药理学作用机制层面探讨不同体质痛风患者的食疗方案选择,从而达到降低尿酸水平、预防或阻止痛风发作的目的。痛风患者痰湿体质可选蜜山慈菇、湿热体质可服土茯苓粥等药膳食疗方抗炎镇痛、降低尿酸水平。
