Abstract

苏舆《春秋繁露义证》通过注解《春秋繁露》本义 ,企图扶正过去被维新变法扭曲的《公羊》学说。他质疑康有为认定的《春秋》口说的可信性 ,申明《春秋》非改制之书 ,认为董仲舒和何休的《公羊》学说并非如康有为所言“绝无迥异”并辩别出了二者之异。苏舆在《春秋繁露义证》中通过“存天理”“灭人欲”来阐明《春秋》济世之用 ,又审定当时的政治环境 ,分辨华夷关系 ,驳斥西方平等观念 ,这反映出苏舆的《公羊》学说与湖湘学派有着深厚的渊源 ,加上他以礼印证《春秋》经世大义 ,凸显出他治经的个人特色。

Shu Yu’s "Chun Qiu Fan Lu Explanation", through the notation to "Chun Qiu Fan Lu", attempted to correct the theory of "Ram" tortured by reformer. He questioned the credibility of Kang You-wei’s "Chun Qiu" Doctrine, and claimed that "Chun Qiu" was not a book of reform. He believed that the ram doctrines of Dong Zhong-shu and He Xiu were not identical as claimed by Kang You-wei. Shu Yu stated the value of world-relieving of Chun Qiu, through "save the common sense and extinguish human greediness" on the book "Chun Qiu Fan Lu Explanation". He also refuted Western equality concept based on the political environment then. This reflected a profound connection between Shu Yu’s Ram Doctrine and Hunan School, and demonstrated his personal characteristics regarding rites and governance.
