Abstract
目的:完善胃靈顆粒的生產工藝考察研究,篩選最佳的制備工藝,為胃靈顆粒的開發和應用提供理論和實驗基礎。方法:采用正交法對胃靈顆粒的提取工藝進行篩選,對制粒過程中輔料種類、輔料用量、潤濕劑濃度、干燥溫度等參數進行優化,明確胃靈顆粒劑的最佳制備工藝。結果:胃靈顆粒浸膏制備工藝為8倍加水量,每次提取1 h,提取3次;劑型成型工藝為輔料為糊精,藥輔比1:1.8,潤濕劑為85%乙醇,70℃干燥4 h。結論:采用本方法制備的胃靈顆粒成型率高,吸濕率低,溶化性好,制粒穩定可靠,科學合理,適合工業化生產。
Objective: To improve the production process investigation and research of Weiling granule, screen the best preparation process, and provide theoretical and experimental basis for the development and application of Weiling granule. Methods: The extraction process of Weiling granules was screened by orthogonal method, and the parameters such as the type of excipients, the dosage of excipients, the concentration of wetting agent, and the drying temperature were optimized in the granulation process to determine the best preparation process of Weiling granules. Results: The preparation process of Weiling granule extract was 8 times of water, 1 hour each time, 3 times. The preparation process was as follows: dextrin as excipients, drug/ adjuvant ratio 1:1.8, 85% ethanol as wetting agent, and drying at 70°C for 4 hours. Conclusion: Weiling granules prepared by this method have high forming rate, low moisture absorption rate, good solubility, stable and reliable granulation, scientific and reasonable, and suitable for industrial production.
