肾病罹患者的胚胎期六气特征研究

目的：研究人体在胚胎期（包括受孕时和出生时）所感受的六气特征与后天肾病罹患之间的关系。方法：将东直门医院10年的住院病例按照五脏分类，采用Logisitic回归分析法，以是否罹患肾病为因变量，受孕时及出生时的六气（包括主气、客气、司天、在泉）因素为自变量，筛选出影响肾病罹患的关键先天六气因素。结果：先天的客气因素对肾病罹患存在一定的影响。其中，肾病罹患者的胚胎期多分布在客气为太阳寒水的时段，少分布在客气为少阳相火的时段，且分布差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在客气为太阳寒水时段受孕或出生的人群，后天调养应重视固肾，警惕肾病的罹患。

Objective: To analyze the characteristics of congenital six qi during the periods of borning and pregnancy in patients with kidney diseases. Methods: Logistic regression was adopted to select the important congenital six qi factors related to patients with kidney diseases. Results: The congenital guest qi distribution of patients with kidney diseases showed some differences. Specifically, the high incidence of kidney diseases was associated with the period of Taiyang cold water in guest qi, while the low incidence of kidney diseases was related to the period of Shaoyang minister fire in guest qi (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: More attentions should be paid on the period of Taiyang cold water in guest qi, especially those pregnant or born in these periods should prevention kidney diseases first.
