《素問遺篇》研究現狀評析

《素問遺篇》包含着「三年化疫」、「三虛致疫」、「五音建運」、「運氣針法」及「治 未病」等獨特而系統的中醫理論。隨著近現代傳染病的流行，其內容再次受到重視，相關研究不 斷深入，但仍存在些許問題懸而未定。本文基於既往研究報導，簡要評析其版本源流、主要內容 及研究應用等現狀，希冀為五運六氣的研究提供新視角。

“Suwen Yipian”, an essential part of the theory of Five circuits and six qi (namely Yunqi), contains a series of unique and systematic concepts of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), representing by “Sannian Huayi” (pestilence occurring after 3 years), “Sanxu Zhiyi” (pestilence occurring due to three kinds of deficiencies), “Wuyin Jianyun” (five tones related to Yunqi), “Yunqi-based acupuncture” and “Zhi Weibing” (prevention first). These contents have been guided the clinical practice for many years, especially for the epidemic diseases. Although the research of the Yunqi has been paid more attention in the recent years, there are still some unresolved issues. Therefore, this study aimed to review the previous reports and publications regarding the source history, text contents and modern application of the “Suwen Yipian”, and to provide recommendations for the future research of Yunqi theory.
