    Abstract

    本文以体验学习理论为指导,设计游学项目以提高贫困青少年的自尊和人际交往能力。本文主要采用准实验研究方法,以开放式问卷法和参与式观察法作为补充。共有116名接受慈善会资助的贫困青少年完成了干预前测、后测。重复测量方差分析结果显示,以科技为主题的游学显著提高了贫困青少年的自尊,以文化为主题的游学显著提高了他们的自尊和人际交往能力,并且两种主题游学之间的差异不显著。研究表明,游学对城市贫困青少年自尊和人际交往能力的提高具有可行性。这种发展型社会工作服务为城市贫困青少年赋能提供了科学方案。

    Economically disadvantaged urban adolescents suffer the adverse impact of low self-esteem and weak interpersonal relationship. Based on the experiential learning theory, a study-tour social work intervention was designed to enhance self-esteem and interpersonal competence of poor adolescents. The study adopted a quasi-experimental trial to explore the validity of this particular social work intervention, using the Self-Esteem Scale and the Social Link Scale for measurement and participatory observation data as triangulation. A total of 116 adolescents receiving financial aid attended the project and completed pre- and post-test. Results show that a science-theme study tour significantly promoted self-esteem, a culture-theme study tour significantly improved self-esteem and interpersonal competence, and there was no significant difference between two groups. The results indicate that study tour is feasible to promote the self-esteem and interpersonal competence of poor adolescents. This evidence-based study thus can inform the development of social work services aiming at promoting the empowerment and development of economically disadvantaged urban adolescents.
