Abstract

干湿交替(alternate wetting and drying, AWD)灌溉已被广泛用于取代连续淹水(continuous flooding, CF)灌溉,前者在提高水稻水分生产率的同时不会造成产量损失。然而,关于AWD灌溉如何影响水稻茎秆基因表达,进而调控植物生理响应的研究目前还鲜有报道。本研究发现,在AWD灌溉条件下,非结构性碳水化合物(non-structural carbohydrate, NSC)含量、淀粉含量显著降低,淀粉酶活性显著提高。进一步分析了AWD和CF灌溉下茎秆转录组学的差异。结果显示差异基因(AWD和CF相比)富集于淀粉和蔗糖代谢通路、植物激素信号转导通路、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路以及多个转录因子家族。这些差异基因可能参与了茎秆生理表型调控。这为茎秆对AWD灌溉适应提供了有用的信息,可能为开展改善水稻栽培的分子研究提供参考。
