Abstract

植物激素是植物体内产生的重要活性物质,参与调节植物生长发育各个阶段。植物激素在细胞中合成后通常需要转运至特定的组织部位,通过信号转导调控下游基因表达,最终影响细胞分裂与分化、组织器官形成,以及植物对环境的适应性等过程。尽管近年来对参与植物激素运输的转运蛋白有了一定认识,但对其生化功能和调节机制还有待深入研究。本文对植物激素转运蛋白的类型、转运的调节方式进行了综述,提出了植物激素转运的研究方法与策略,为理解植物激素在植物生长发育中的作用机制提供线索。 

Plant hormones are important chemicals produced by plants that regulate various processes of growth and development. After being synthesized in the cell, plant hormones can be transported to their site of action to regulate downstream gene expression, leading to various responses such as cell division and differentiation, tissue and organ initiation, and plant adaptations to the environment. In recent years,multiple transporters have been identified for plant hormones. However, much is still unknown with respect to their biochemical functions and mechanisms. Here we outline the current knowledge about the transporters of plant hormones and their regulation, and elaborate on the methods and strategies that are currently available for the study of plant hormones transport. This work could provide clues for the understanding on the mechanisms of plant hormones during growth and development.
