Abstract

目的:研究柳叶菜科植物柳兰 Chamaenerion angustifolium全草的化学成分。方法:采用 Diaion HP-2 0(Tsk)、Toyoperari HW-4 0 (C)、MCI gel CHP-2 0 P(Mitsubishi)柱层分离,经理化和波谱分析确定化学结构。结果:从柳兰全草70 %丙酮提取物中分得3个黄酮苷、1个黄酮醇:分别鉴定为金丝桃苷 (quercetin-3 -O-β-D-galactoside)、扁蓄苷 (quercetin-3 -O-α-L -arabinoside, )、槲皮素 -3 -O-(6′-O-没食子酰基 ) -β-D-半乳糖苷〔quercetin-3 -O-(6′-O-galloyl) -β-D-galactoside〕、槲皮素 (quercetin)。结论:化合物I、II、III为首次从该植物中分得。

Object: To study the chemical constituents of Chamaenerion angustifolium (L. ) Scop.. Methods: The compounds were isolated on Diaion HP-20 (Tsk), Toyoperari HW-40 (C), MCI gel CHP-20P (Mitsubishi) column and their structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral methods. Results: Four flavonoids were isolated from the whole plant of C. angustifolium and they were identified as quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside ( I ), quercetin-3-O-a-L-arabinoside ( II ), quercetin-3-O-(6'-O-galloyl)-β-D-galactoside ( III ), quercetin ( IV ) respectively. Conclusion: Compounds I, II, III were isolated from this plant for the first time.
