Abstract
本研究在两个中国运动员独立样本(n1=261,n2=127)中对控制执教行为量表的信、效度进行了初步检验。研究结果表明,该量表的四维度结构在中国运动员人群中得以验证。但其中两个条目因子负荷过低,删除该两条目后,量表测量模型拟合得到改善。13条目的控制执教行为量表的结构效度、法则效度和内部一致性信度均达到可接受水平。研究者对该问卷在中国运动员人群中的使用和未来的研究方向进行了讨论。
