Abstract
常山酮（HF）是中药有效成分常山堿的衍生物,长期作为广谱抗球虫药使用。近年来,研究发现HF可促进伤口修复、抑制组织纤维化,其在抗肿瘤临床前研究中表现尤为突出,展示了HF抗肿瘤的巨大潜力。查阅近年来国内外相关文献,从抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抗血管新生、抑制纤维母细胞活化和抗炎等方面,综述了HF抗肿瘤研究进展,同时为HF的深入研究提供参考。
