Abstract

近代女性美不仅是视觉上的愉悦,更被赋予展现国家文明的象征意义,同时成为都市中产阶级女性塑造身份的标志之一。广告通过标准化的美貌形象及暗示性宣传语,吸引渴望现代化的女性消费群体。国货雪花膏的报纸广告,体现了近代上海特定女性美貌话语与消费文化和民族主义的交互关系。消费文化深刻影响日常生活的西化进程,使民族主义话语在消费主义面前显得矛盾。近代女性在爱国主义口号下,为国产化的西式化妆品代言,这一类广告成为性别、消费主义与民族主义交汇的缩影。
