天然产物与前沿技术融合驱动创新药物开发

天然产物及其衍生物在新药研发过程中扮演着十分重要的角色，对天然产物的不断探索催生了多种影响人类命运的里程碑式药物。这些分子通常具有结构多样性、优异的生物活性以及良好的生物相容性，是临床药物发现的宝库。本文重点聚焦于中药天然产物及其衍生物，系统综述其如何与靶向蛋白降解、抗体/多肽靶向、核酸适配体、纳米医药及肠道菌群调节等前沿技术策略深度融合，旨在为中医药现代化研究提供新视角，并为中药天然产物的临床转化提供理论参考。

Natural products and their derivatives play a pivotal role in the process of new drug discovery. Continuous exploration of natural products has led to the development of numerous milestone drugs that have profoundly impacted human health. These molecules often exhibit structural diversity, remarkable biological activities, and favorable biocompatibility, making them a treasure trove for clinical drug discovery. This review focuses on natural products and their derivatives derived from Chinese medicine and systematically summarizes their deep integration with cutting-edge technological strategies, including targeted protein degradation, antibody/peptide targeting, nucleic acid aptamers, nanomedicine, and gut microbiota modulation. The aim is to provide new perspectives for modernizing traditional Chinese medicine research and to offer theoretical references for the clinical translation of natural products from Chinese medicine.
