Abstract
The report to conduct baseline study on the rural villages and cultural heritage resources within the study areas; review on the cultural and historical characters of the study areas and explore appropriate conservation proposals for the study areas with a view to enhance cultural heritage conservation and revitalise rural villages in Lantau; and Collate heritage information of the rural villages including history, archaeology, heritage, customs and practices, products, artistic expression, religious and spiritual belief, and myth, etc. for the preparatory work of the proposed cultural and historical database of Lantau. https://www.lantau.gov.hk/filemanager/content/our-projects/Cultural-Historical-Studies-Report_TOT.pdf
