Abstract

目的:从五运六气角度,探讨肺炎患者出生日期的时间分布特点及差异。方法:对2825例肺炎患者出生日期的五运六气特点进行统计学分析。结果:出生在甲年,火运年,主气为五之气阳明燥金,太阴湿土司天、太阳寒水在泉,以及小逆、不和、天邢之年者,后天的肺炎罹患率最高;出生在丙年,水运年,主气为二之气少阴君火,厥阴风木司天、少阳相火在泉,以及岁会、同岁会之年者,后天的肺炎罹患率最低;且二者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎发病与人体出生日期的五运、六气及运气相合变化之间具有一定的相关性。

Objective: To study the correlation between the incidence of pneumonia and the characteristics of five circuits and six qi in date of birth. Methods: The statistic analysis was adopted to analyze the relationship between 2825 cases of pneumonia and their Yunqi feature in date of birth. Results: The high incidence of pneumonia was associated with the year of Jia, fire evolution, the fifth qi, Taiyin-shitu Sitian and Taiyang-hanshui Zaiquan, the Yunqi combination of years with Xiaoni, Buhe, Tianxing while the low incidence of pneumonia was associated with the year of Bing, water evolution, the second qi, Jueyin-fengmu Sitian and Shaoyang-xianghuo Zaiquan, the Yunqi combination of years with Suihui, Tongsuihui( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of pneumonia is related to the five circuits and six qi and the characteristic of Yunqi combination in date of birth.
