基于“中医整体观”探讨针刺补泻手法治疗膝关节炎的运用

中医整体观是中医基础理论的核心思想，它认为人是一个有机的整体，与社会、自然环境相统一。补泻手法是针灸疗法的基本手法，是实现针刺疗效的关键因素。膝关节炎是骨伤科中的常见疾病，也是针灸科的优势病种，临床上用针刺补泻手法治疗膝关节炎疗效显著，安全性高，能有效减轻患者膝关节的疼痛，改善膝关节功能障碍，从而提高患者生活质量。本文基于“中医整体观”，探讨针刺补泻手法在治疗膝关节炎中的运用，主要通过针刺补泻手法在治疗膝关节炎时结合机体的整体性、医患统一、“天人相应”3个观点，来阐述人与机体本身、社会及自然环境相统一的中医整体观思想，旨在为临床针灸治疗膝关节炎提供理论依据和治疗思路，从而更好地领悟中医治病的真谛。

A core concept of traditional Chinese medicine is the holistic view, which takes the human body as a whole as well as a part of the society and the natural environment. The acupuncture manipulation for reinforcement and reduction is a key factor in achieving therapeutic effects. Knee osteoarthritis is a common disease in orthopedics and a disease specifically responding to acupuncture. Clinical practice has shown that the acupuncture manipulation for reinforcement and reduction has definite therapeutic effects in treating knee osteoarthritis with high safety. This therapy can relieve knee pain and repair knee joint dysfunction, thereby improving the quality of life of the patients. From the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper explores the application of the acupuncture manipulation for reinforcement and reduction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in terms of the unity of human body, the agreement between physicians and patients, and the harmony between humans and the natural environment. This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis and methods for treating knee osteoarthritis with acupuncture and probe into the essence of treating diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
