亞碸是一種重要的有機硫化合物，在合成上的應用非常廣泛。本文介紹了手性亞碸的主要制候方法和由亞碸基誘導的不對稱反應，以及使用亞碸作為手性誘導劑所合成的一些重要天然產物。
