北京地区332例脑出血患者出生日期的五运六气分析

目的：研究脑出血患者出生日期的五运六气分布特点及差异。方法：对332例脑出血患者出生时的五运六气分布特点进行描述性统计、卡方检验及周期分析。结果：脑出血易罹患者的出生日期运气特点为：天干为乙，岁运为火运、金运；主气为五之气阳明燥金，客气为少阳相火，司天为厥阴风木，在泉为少阳相火；年份为小逆、不和、天邢者。脑出血不易罹患者的出生日期运气特点为：天干为甲，岁运为土运；主气为二之气少阴君火，客气为太阴湿土，司天为阳明燥金，在泉为少阴君火；年份为岁会、同岁会者。其中，唯有主气与运气相合的分布差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。另外，脑出血发病还与患者出生日期的五运六气周期密切相关。结论：脑出血发病与人体出生日期的五运、六气、运气相合及周期变化均有一定的关联性。

This paper was aimed to study the correlation between the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage and the characteristics of five circuits and six qi in date of birth. The descriptive analysis, Chi-square test and cycle analysis were adopted to analyze the relationship cerebral hemorrhage and their Yunqi feature in date of birth among 332 cases. The dominate-qi distribution in date of birth of patients with cerebral hemorrhage showed some differences. Specifically, the high incidence of cerebral hemorrhage was associated with the fifth qi,while the low incidence of cerebral hemorrhage was associated with the second qi (P < 0.05). In addition, the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage also related to the Yunqi combination of years with Xiaoni, Buhe, Tianxing (P < 0.05). It was concluded that the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage was related to the five circuits and six qi, and the characteristic of Yunqi combination in date of birth.
