Abstract
随着我国房改政策的实施，居民的住房消费、住房选择发生很大变化。作者以北京市1000户新房迁居户为调查对象，从迁居户的迁移方向、迁居距离、迁移适应等方面探讨了当今居民在选择居所时一些新的动态。
