Abstract

研究了土壤缓慢干旱胁迫下抗旱性不同的2个冬小麦品种旗叶衰老过程中氧化伤害以及酶促与非酶促抗氧化系统的响应。结果发现,在抗旱性强的品种中,冬小麦叶片旱促衰老与膜脂过氧化程度之间并无直接的联系。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在不同抗旱性品种中均呈现持续下降的趋势,但在抗旱性强的品种中下降幅度较小;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在胁迫初期基本不变,至中后期明显下降,且在抗旱性弱的品种中下降幅度较大;抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AP)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性变化趋势相近,在胁迫初期略有增加,随后下降,下降幅度GR大于AP,抗旱性弱的品种大于抗旱性强的品种;单脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(MR)活性在胁迫初期及中期基本不变,至后期略有下降,似乎暗示了AP与MR在叶片衰老后期H2O2清除过程中起着较为重要的作用。在抗旱性弱的品种中SOD与CAT、GR及AP活性的比值增加幅度较大,但SOD与MR活性比值在2品种中均略有降低。抗坏血酸(AsA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量均下降,下降幅度为抗旱性弱的品种大于抗旱性强的品种。
