Abstract
本文是去年〈初探 2019 冠狀病毒病疫情下的私隱議題〉的續篇，繼續探討在疫情下出現的各種道德倫理議題，特別是與私隱有關的問題，並從東西比較哲學的角度思考當中的意義。本文會涉及到其他倫理議題，例如契約論與知情的概念、以及資源分配的正義概念等。我會以疫情下的措施為例，例如疫苗接種與網上教學的科技應用等，並透過比較網上教學的科技與接觸史追蹤技術，來闡釋這些道德倫理議題的重要性。
