Abstract
旅游是一种典型的跨文化交际活动,跨文化意识在旅游资料的翻译中起着非常重要的作用。旅游英语内容非常丰富,涉及历史、地理、法律和宗教信仰、民俗风尚及文学艺术等各个方面,因此,掌握旅游翻译的方法非常重要。
Tour is a kind of typical cross in culture activity. Therefore cross culture consciousness plays an important role in Chinese-English translation of tourist text In the view of cross culture the paper explores the features of CTT and ETT respectively first and then raised some translation techniques from three aspects which are interlingual translation the translation of Chinese cuisine and the translation of ancient Chinese classics.
